Dunlin (Calidris Alpina)

Dunlins are typical little waders in Europe

You can meet them nearly in all humid places, in flooded areas, lagoons or the Wadden Sea:

His food consists of worms, insects or mollusks, which he pokes up on the dry beaches or in the water:

In the saline of Bonanza dunlins are also quite common and sometimes it happens, that

they, shocked by the appearance of a raptor, all fly up:

In doing so their wonderful soft warbling voices ring out!
